Question: Problem in uploading files

I am unable to upload files on galaxy..upon uploading files from computer it shows the file exceeds the maximum size. And when uploading ftp files it seeks username and password. After entering user name and password it shows incorrect. So how to resolve the problem..?

If you still have problems after that, post back more information about your situation: OS, the client used, the connection settings, and the error message from the client. We can try to help more.
