Question: queued for trinity tool

Hi everybody,

I am trying to execute a RNA-Seq analysis using Trinity tool but the job is queued for several days, any solution?

The Trinity queue can take a few days to start up.

I am also running a test run and contacting our admin to see if there is a problem server-side.

Thanks for reporting the issue and we'll have more feedback soon. If your jobs did startup/finish by now, please let us know.

The delay is server side. For now, please leave queued jobs queued as these are expected to start up first. Our team will post again when the issue is resolved.

The queue is full but processing jobs in the order of submission. More feedback again once fully resolved.

Trinity is back up and running jobs.

If you have a job that has been gray (queued) for several days, and it still is now, it may need to be rerun. We are expecting "none to a very few" of these cases.

If a newly launched job started today is gray (queued), that is normal. Do not delete/rerun or you will lose your place in the queue. The job will execute when there is a processing node free on the server.
