Question: galaxy is not working

Hi, I have been through the same for the last 24h approximately. In my case, TopHat and Cufflinks are not running. Do you know any way to solve it? thanks

Hi, I'm having the same issue, Cufflinks jobs aren't running. I don't know if I did something wrong or if it's a more global problem. If you hear of a solution to this problem, would you ming sharing it? Many thanks, Florian
