Hello everyone.

This is my first post and I'm only doing it because I didn't find anything about it. It is only a little mistake in the name a HISAT2's parameter.

In the parameters of alignment there is "Skip forward strand of reference". There is also "Skip reference strand of reference", when I guess it should be "Skip reverse strand of reference". I would like to notify this to the development team and I think that Biostars is a suitable place to do so. I don't think it is an important subject enough to contact the dev team. I apologize if I did wrong. As I've said before, it is not a big deal. Thanks.

Nicola thankfully fixed this a while back, so the server admins just need to find some time to update the server :)
