Question: Bowtie2 jobs queued for over 24hours

Are there currently any known issues with bowtie2? I've had a couple of jobs that were queued for over 24 hours, restarting them again this morning hasn't resolved the issue. It seems to be specific to bowtie2 as I am able to run other tools without any issue.

Hi Elliot, There are two other reports of cluster delays. Our administrator is looking into this right now.
I was not able to find your account at http://usegalaxy.org. If you would like us to review your exact history/data/jobs to eliminate other sources of delays (and potentially offer solutions), an email from your Galaxy account's registered email address can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a link to this post in the message so we can associate the two.
