Hi Jen,

I have processed my data with HISAT and gotten several cufflinks jobs to run. However, I have a total of 6 HISAT data sets that I need gene tables for and haven't been able to get cufflinks to run since Thursday (5/11). Do you have any ideas?

Thanks

Theo
