I have lost all access to my data/files on the Galaxy user site for some unknown reason. It kept dropping my connection and giving me the following message:
"Cannot connect to Galaxy
Galaxy is currently unreachable. Please try again in a few minutes. Please contact a Galaxy administrator if the problem persists."
This had been happening for over a week intermittingly and then as of yesterday morning, lost access and gave the message and I have not been able to gain access at all. I have tried deleting caches, login/logouts, etc and nothing makes a difference. I can sign in, but not access any of history, saved data, etc. It is imperative I am able to gain access to my data or provided with some means of downloading what is saved. Due to the site restrictions for posting I was unable to reply to this question until now. The issue occurs regardless of any action (refresh page, click on tool, etc). At this point I cannot reach any of my data files and no fix has been applied. Because I am severely limited in the number of questions/responses I can make and the fact that this issue has been occurring for more than a week, I would like a means provided to reach an administrator with additional questions/responses.
