I'm in the same position too...job started Friday (ish!)

I've got the same problem! Jobs seem not to proceed further than the 'waiting step'.

Test runs are also stalled. The admin for Galaxy Main is looking into the issue again. Feedback soon.

Hi, I have still an error, when I'm using trinity: ERROR: couldn't run the network check to confirm latest Trinity software version.
