Question: Quota limit reached... but not really

Hi, Galaxy is currently displaying: "You are over your disk quota. Tool execution is on hold until your disk usage drops below your allocated quota." and "Using 100%" (upper left).

However, I only have 27.02 GB of data online.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I replied to this user in another post -- they had a history that was a few days old containing ~250 GB that was not permanently deleted.

The problem is now solved: I had to go to https://usegalaxy.org/history/list, click 'Advanced Search', then 'status: all', and then ensure every history says 'deleted permanently'.
