Hi, A TopHat job keeps running since Saturday night. Similar jobs worked in 3 hours before this job. Is there anything wrong? I am using Galaxy main. Thanks,

Hello,

I see that you posted that the job completed, but then later changed your comment. So I am not sure of the status now, but this is what to do (below) if jobs are queued - for you and others:

I double checked and there are no known issues with job execution (however there were some delays last week/weekend - now resolved). The backlog of jobs is processing. Allow the job to stay queued and eventually execute. Avoid deleting/restarting as this only extends wait time (the job is moved back to the end of the queue). https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team

This job is still running. Should I still wait?

For queued (grey) jobs, allow this to queue/process. The queue wait time should get better during the day due to changes that were made to the server earlier this morning.

For yellow (executing) jobs, allow that to process. This indicates that the cluster is doing the analysis.
