HI I just installed Beagle4.0 from the main tool shed on my galaxy instance. I know I had it working on other instances but currently it goes red.
The last line of the error is IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/galaxy/galaxy/database/job_working_directory/012/12957/tmpfz8obq/bglout.vcf.gz'
Is this an issue with the wrapper or with my installation of this tool ?
