Hi,

I can't seem to perform operations on multiple datasets instead of single datasets. See screencap attached.

screencap

Same problem appeared with "FastQC" and "Extract BAM/SAM from SRA" tools. It works just fine on these datasets separately.

I'm relatively new to Galaxy so I might be missing something here.

Thanks!

Okay it was just a stupid mistake from me, I did not manually select the files in the box, I thought they were all selected by default... So sorry for the trouble! Thanks for the help.

Hello,

I am unable to reproduce this at http://usegalaxy.org or in a local default Galaxy running release 16.10.

Where the problem is occurring will make a difference in how to correct the issue.

  1. If using some other public Galaxy server: Those administrators should be contacted directly.
  2. If using a local Galaxy (your own): Are you running the current default version of Galaxy (v 16.10) or something else? If running an earlier version of Galaxy, try updating to see if that fixes the problem. It would be a good idea to make sure the most current version of FastQC is installed.

Item 2 can get more complicated if getting current (if needed) doesn't help, but let's start troubleshooting with the above.

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
