Question: GATK tools and reference genomes

The GATK tools are present as a beta version, and I tried to use selection or filtration, and there seems to be a problem as the selection of the reference genome is not working. It would normally recognize the reference genome of a VCF file, but it does not recognize or allow you to choose it. Ana
