I recently deleted my entire history to make room for a new analysis, and I purged the deleted history as well, but the bar in the top right corner says I'm using 70% of my space. I checked my saved histories and saved datasets and I cannot find anything else that could be using all this space. Is there any way this could be checked? thanks

I've recalculated your disk usage, let me know if the new value does not accurately reflect the datasets and histories you have left (including deleted but not purged).
Thank you for the speedy response! I just checked and now it has lowered down to 58%. Does that sound correct? It its still bit high. I have a total of 40.5 GB in datasets, which is not 58% of 250 GB.
That's the calculation I saw on my end, too.
When you go to https://usegalaxy.org/history/list, and select "Advanced Search", then click "deleted" for the status, do you see any histories which are not listed as "permanently deleted"?
Okay, so I do see a history with 97 GB. I've tried purging it / deleting it permanently but I keep getting an error that it cannot be purged, or it times out. Is there any way to get a galaxy administrator to permanently delete it for me?
