Hello,

I am using FASTQ Groomer to convert my FASTQ files into one that contains Sanger-scaled quality values with ASCII offset 33 and the following error has been happening repeatedly. Since I am new at this I have no idea why this has been happening. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/lib/galaxy/jobs/runners/__init__.py", line 175, in prepare_job modify_command_for_container=modify_command_for_container File "/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/lib/galaxy/jobs/runners/__init__.py", line 207, in build_command_line container=container File "/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/lib/galaxy/jobs/command_factory.py", line 67, in build_command externalized_commands = __externalize_commands(job_wrapper, external_command_shell, commands_builder, remote_command_params) File "/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/lib/galaxy/jobs/command_factory.py", line 123, in __externalize_commands write_script(local_container_script, script_contents, config) File "/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/lib/galaxy/jobs/runners/util/job_script/__init__.py", line 106, in write_script f.write(contents) IOError: [Errno 28] No space left on device

Thank you in advance.
