Question: Delay in running jobs

I have had several wig files in the que for converting to BigWig one has been waiting for more than 2 hours. Is there an issue with the Galaxy server? The files are big ~12gb but I have not had any issues on the previous day converting these files.

Jobs weren't moving due to a recent infrastructure change (we added some new VMs to run Galaxy's job handlers), this has been fixed and jobs are running now. There may be some delays as Galaxy and the cluster work through the backlog of jobs. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for reporting this.

Hi Nate, Just wanted to let you know that there is still an issue with the Galaxy Server running file conversions. I uploaded a 13GB dataset last evening and as of 7 AM pacific time it still has not run. This is a conversion from wiggle to BigWig.
