Question: Galaxy FTP upload

Hi, I'm trying to upload my 6GB .sam file onto usegalaxy.org using an ftp connection. After loading 17% of the file, I get this error:

Could not send request body: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Is this something I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Update: Apparently was only a problem with using WinSCP. It uploaded fine once I tried FileZilla.
