I am setting up a local galaxy system for production and am trying to identify where uploaded data files and outputs of jobs are stored. Currently all files are setup on the local OS disk, but want to have galaxy put all data files on the local RAID instead. Is there a specific file I should symlink?

Hi

Have a look at "galaxy-root-directory"/database/files/

Also, have you considered storing the complete galaxy directory tree on your RAID ?
