Question: Add a tool to the online version of Galaxy

Hi! I would like to use a Galaxy Tool from the Tool Shed which is not available in the online version of Galaxy. Is there a change to get it integrated in my usegalaxy.org account? Thanks a lot! Best Daniel

I don't know how to ask to get a tool added to usegalaxy.org but you could use Cloudlaunch (https://usegalaxy.org/cloudlaunch) to launch your own Galaxy instance on a cloud such as Amazon EC2 or Jetstream and then install your own choice of tools on there.

However, if you need a specific tool, available in Tool Shed, you could get your own local Galaxy instance (https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/GetGalaxy) and install it by becoming an admin over this instance (https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/GetGalaxy#Become_an_Admin).
