You can clean up datasets with actions described here: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Learn/ManagingDatasets#Delete_vs_Delete_Permanently

Hello,

Would you please send us an email from the same account email address as used with Galaxy? Send to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org and include the link to this Biostars post in the message.

Update: I recalculated disk usage on the hotmail account.

There is a quota limit of one account per user. Do you want to keep the hotmail or gmail account? I am guessing the gmail was used because of the problems with the other, but you can pick which is best to save now (perhaps after moving data around). You can also still email us to discuss privately.
