Question: space usage increase without any jobs running

Hi,

I have jobs for Cuffquant and Cuffdiff that have been in the que since Friday and Saturday. The jobs have not run, but each time I login it indicates my server space usage has increased. On Friday the space usage was at 24% and today it is at 97% even though no jobs have run. Do you know what the problem is?
