Question: Galaxy Admin Section

Hey there,
I've just set up a local Galaxy Sever and managed to set my account as an Admin accout.
Now I'm facing the problem, that my Admin Section looks different from the Wiki entry. For example I do no see the "Manage installed tool shed repositories" option.
The Wiki article says "Note that not all the options have to be present as some of them depend on the configuration of your Galaxy."
But how do I change this configuration if I want to use the "Manage installed tool shed repositories" option?
