Question: tophat job is not finishing

hi i have run tophat on my sra data(3 files 1.5 gb each) 5 days back.today i found that jobs were paused. have resumed them. i want to know how much time it will take to get the tophat results. i am waiting as cant do anything unless it finishes. thanks
