Question: i Cannot upload files to galaxy via ftp server

i cannot upload my sequence file to ftp server. The error keep popping out that the file transfer failed.

This is most probably a limitation of your network as the FTP site at usegalaxy.org is operating normally. Please contact your network administrator. Also try selecting 'passive' mode in your ftp client when uploading.
