Question: missing all tools

Hello. I wrote a custom tool in xml and a wrapper in Perl for this tool. I edited the file "tools config.xml" adding the path for my tool. When i restarted galaxy, all others tools had gone. Someone know how to fix it?

The suggestion is to double check the before and after version of the file to make sure that there wasn't a mistake/typo made during the changes. Maybe also test with the before version alone to see if that restores the tool panel as it was previously. If you made other changes, reverting those would be needed for a solid test.
