Question: Problem with "get data" process.

I am following a course in coursera, called Genomic Data Science with Galaxy.
The problem comes after I use UCSC Main table browser in the "get data". I get some data,
but the data in the history section shows "This is a new dataset and not all of its data are available yet"
instead of green box, which means the fetching job has been completed.
My OS is windows 10, and i used google chrome..
I tried several times, i refreshed it as well. Did not work. what is the reason?
