Hi, I need to install bowtie1 for some reason.  I installed package_bowtie_0_12_7 and bowtie_wrappers.  The tool displays well on galaxy but it's missing the built in genome indices for mapping.  How would I rectify this issue?  Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Use the Data manager for Bowtie 1 from the Tool Shed to create indexes (be specific, as there is also a DM for Bowtie 2).

Target DM: https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/iuc/data_manager_bowtie_index_builder/0a0c648498e2

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
