Question: Papio Anubis 2.0 genome annotation

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a possibility of adding the papAnu_2.0 annotation as a built-in genome for gene expression tools such as TopHat. Thanks very much for considering this request.

Yes, this is an important addition. I have added to the list here (where you can also track progress): https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/1470

Until published, the genome can be retrieved from UCSC and used as a custom reference genome. This is how: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Custom_reference_genome
