Question: Is the public server still planning to implement HISAT?

Is the public server still planning to implement HISAT anytime soon? I haven't been using Galaxy for RNA-seq recently because my data is too big to be processed on the normal servers and requires Stampede (which has too long of a wait time).

Yes, this will be published to the Main public Galaxy server at http://usegalaxy.org soon. 

Meanwhile, if your data is smaller, the tool can be used on the Test server at https://test.galaxyproject.org/. Or a local/cloud Galaxy could be used.

The queue for Stampede was very busy this week, but the wait time should be shorter now and will continue to improve over the weekend.
