Question: zip repertory for output for a software in galaxy

Hi,
I have some questions on galaxy :
- Where is the directory for the results ?
- I have a software, which takes a directory path for the output, how can I do ?
- I would like to have a zip file with of the results directory, but i don't know how i can do, have you got a idea for me ? The zip must be done by my script or it's possible to do in galaxy ? (wrapper or config)
