Hello,

I'd like to use the COSMIC data to compare with my mouse exome-seq data,

so I'm trying to convert the build of COSMIC data from hg19 to mm9.

But, actually when I open the 'convert genome coordinates' tool in the 'Lift-Over' menu,

the second dropdown box named as 'To' was unchangeable, just showing a message 'No options available'.

What should I do to solve this problem?

Hello,

Liftover is problematic at this time at http://usegalaxy.org and the team is actively working to correct the problem. Please follow this ticket for updates: https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/1039

Alternatives include using the same tool at UCSC http://genome.ucsc.edu (Utilities -> Batch Coordinate Conversion) and/or setting up a local Galaxy to do the task.

Thanks for reporting the problem, Jen, Galaxy team
