Perfect, that's exactly what I needed to track this down. It looks like it might be a problem with the export-to-myexperiment code specifically -- does a normal workflow download work (the .ga file)?
Galaxy-Workflow-Workflow_constructed_from_history__Course_project_Edit_ but I can not open it.it is empty!
