Question: 'Extract Workflow' losing tool parameters

Hi Galaxy community,

I've noticed recently when I 'Extract Workflow' from my history (on the Main Galaxy) that tools lose the input parameters, particularly tools that require column inputs. I've seen this for the 'Join two Datasets', 'Compare two Datasets', and 'Tabular-to-Fasta' tools, so far.

I was able to confirm that certain input parameters are not displayed in the Workflow "Edit" view. However, when a Workflow includes one of these tools that has "input columns verified at run-time", execution is successful and as expected.

I found that the only parameters not displayed are of the "run-time verified" type. Others that may appear on the tool form ('Compare two datasets' is a good example of this) are displayed in the Workflow editor. 

A Trello ticket has been opened to review the behavior. It includes a shared test history and workflow. Please let us know if the issue was not completely captured (either here, or by commenting directly in Trello on the ticket): https://trello.com/c/PpGRyTWo
