I am new to use tophat in Galaxy, it looks the alignment did not work. I have used RNA-seq excise files (brain1 and brain 2..). No matter i use history genome reference (hg19) or built in reference human genome, it did not. I want to know the reason.

Thanks,

David

Hello, Could you explain in more detail what the problem with the tool run is? Did it fail (red dataset) or is it just queued (grey dataset)? Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team

Thanks, I have figured out. I would like to ask one more question, usually how fast to load a file such as a RNA -seq file? Thanks, Youping

Loading time depends on the size of the file and the internet connection. Use FTP for best results. If it times out for some reason, just resume the transfer and it will pick up where it left off.

Glad the rest is working out! Jen
