Question: Uploading a documents to compare

Dear, I am trying to load two files to compare and extract information from one to another. Apparently, I have consistently not been able to upload the two documents. Am told an error occurred with the dataset. Could you please help me out.

The format may not be one that is supported. Try a tabular format if possible, or one of these listed in the datatypes FAQ (others are supported, these are just the most common). Any under the Upload tool's pull-down menu should be okay.

If that doesn't work, it could be that the data is not in specification or the way you are loading is problematic. To learn ways to load at http://usegalaxy.org, please see: Loading Data
