Please can you clear up some confusion I have regarding tool compatibility with workflows?
I have designed a tool that uses the “from_file” option in the options tag to dynamically fill 3 related select lists. Two of these use a “param_value” filter to take into account the choices made in the previous select menus. These work well as a standard tool, but in workflows the first select menu works fine, but then the chain breaks. Is this a known tool type that is not compatible with workflows and do you have any intentions to resolve this?
