Question: GATK Haplotype Caller

Dear Sir,

We want to use Galaxy for our exome data analysis however Galaxy does not include GATK Haplotype Caller. Could you add the GATK Haplotype Caller?

Can I ask why, out of curiosity? Is there a different SNP calling tool considered the standard in Galaxy (e.g., samtools)?
