Question: EMBL-EBI uploaded fastq data does not show up in drop-down list

I sucsessfully imported a fastq dataset from the EBI-SRA server. I know want to compute the quality statistics but the dataset does not show up in the dropdown menu for the Compute quality statistics. Old fastq datasets however are still selectable?!

Can anybody help?!

Compute Quality Statistics requires the specific format of fastqsanger, which you can set in the dataset attribute interface page (click the pencil icon on a dataset).

Thanks a lot  for the quick response!

I had to change the format to fastqsanger. It is working now!
