Question: "Operate on Genomics Intervals" not working properly

As of 3/13/15  12:30 pm EST,  your "Operate on Genomics Intervals" functions are giving many error messages,  "Subtract" "Base Coverage" etc don't work, even though they worked for me before. 

Would you be able to fix it??
 

one error as below:
