Question: installation perl modules dependencies

Hello all,

I'm trying to upload a tool in toolshed and it needs some perl modules: 'LWP::UserAgent', 'XML::Twig' and 'FileHandle'. I've found 'package_perl_5_18'  package (iuc is the owner) on github and on tool_shed and I want to know how to use it so my tools works correctly.
