Dear Galaxy team,

Is there a tutorial to show how to load and visualize cuffdiff output files (e.g: gene differential expression testing file) in Degust ? I tried to load the tabular file into Degust but it doesn't work !

Or is there any other way to visualize the results like in Degust ?

Thanks !

Hello,

Trackster and other statistics/graphing options within Galaxy may do what you want. Statistics tools are in the left tool panel. Access Trackster and graphing tools per-dataset through the small graph icon.

There is a Galaxy wrapper for this tool, but it is just in the Test Tool Shed and appears to be missing certain dependencies. But you could still try it in a local/cloud Galaxy:

And I just googled the tool and found the home page for it. It has all kinds of help, tutorials, input specifications, etc. If you have trouble, contact that team, I am only including it here for reference. The most important thing to note is that CSV formatted data is expected (not tabular).
