Question: How can I transfer tools from Galaxy toolshed to my Galaxy?

Hi all,

I am having hard time in figuring out how to get NGS tools (Chİp-Seq, RNA-Seq analysis etc.) from the Galaxy toolshed to my Galaxy.

I guess we can do it through the directory of Galaxy but I don't know how to access the directory.

Only admins can install tools to a local instance using the admin menu. Ordinary users can't see that menu.

It has an option to 'search and browse tool sheds' - you browse to the toolshed/tool you want and install it from there.
