I just tried using both 0.07 and 0.06 versions but this is not working.

I refreshed my session and tried cufflinks again. But still the same error !

I attempted the refresh, but it is still failing to launch cufflinks.

There were more updates and fixes during the day today. Martin's advice about an hour ago is the current update. A refresh should not be needed any more (for any tool), and the Cufflinks issue more complicated (included a second, separate issue, now resolved).

These are updated tools, reporting issues is very much appreciated. Thanks to everyone that responded to this post! Jen, Galaxy team

I updated Galaxy by running hg pull -u but this did not solve the issue.

(For anyone else looking) This was resolved on IRC -- these changes are not in galaxy-dist yet, but will be soon. They're currently only in galaxy-central and will be in -dist with the forthcoming release.
