Question: Where is annovar

Dear Galaxy Team, 

I can no longer access Annovar from my account.  It was working earlier.  Is there still scheduled maintenance going on?  There are other annotation tools that are not working.

Hi Mr. Baker, I am having an issue with Galaxy and no one has responded to me as of yet. I am trying to run GATK and i have the hg19.fa file loaded in my history as a reference but GATK does not see the file as a fasta or reference file. I also asked this question two weeks ago with no response. How do i get a reference in GATK Indel Realigner?
